Quality Policy

SIA ARMGATE (“Company”) was established in 1994. The type of business activity of the Company is sales and installation, maintenance and repair services of laboratory and measuring equipment (“Business Activities”). This ISO 9001 Quality Management System (“QMS”) covers:

·       Company’s sales processes carried out in the office premises of SIA ARMGATE located at 20 Liliju Str., Marupe, LV-2167, Latvia;

·    Installation, maintenance, and repair services of laboratory and measuring equipment sold by the Company, that are carried out by the Company’s employees at customer premises.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established an QMS which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance. Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are available to all employees.

We comply with applicable legal requirements and other requirements which relate to quality and customer satisfaction, and to which the Company subscribes.

Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the Company.

This Policy has been communicated to all staff, and is available to all contractors, suppliers, customers and the public on the Company’s website armgate.lv.
